Very recently we’ve added several varieties of certified organically grown loose teas which will be appearing on the web site. We’ll be starting with three different varieties. A black Assam, Clouds & Mist green and Honeybush, a caffeine-free herbal. These teas and others will be available in 2 oz. and 4 oz. foil bags. Also by special order, we can provide larger quantities for your tea drinking pleasure. Take a moment during your busy fall days for a little sip of tranquility. |

We’ve located a small company out of North Dakota which makes the most wonderful batter bread and dip mixes. They’re simple to make and very tasty. The breads can be made and on the table in only about an hour. Just add a carbonated beverage of your choice and mix and bake. Two flavors: Bonanza Herb, and Onion. The dip mixes can make delicious dips with sour cream or make a cheese ball with cream cheese. They come in three flavorful varieties: Cajun, Blue Cheese and Garlic/Chive. |

Weather in Minnesota is unpredictable and changes rapidly. Many say we have only two seasons: Winter and Road Repair. This year we gone from temperatures in the 80’s up to Labor day to days now in the 60’s and nights down into the 40’s . Leaves on trees have been showing the first signs of changing colors, so we know that autumn is close at hand. I’m sure many of you are still enjoying the warmth of summer. We know personally from our experience living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for 3 1/2 years that it takes a long time for the heat of summer to moderate into fall-like days. We’ll still be riding our motorcycle for another couple of months but will need to bundle up to do so. We won’t be taking anymore extended trips now until the warm weather returns. |
